Who says that one has to go off for a week or more to a far-off-country for a holiday? for me, any getaway that takes me away from my daily routine for more than 24 hours counts as a real vacation..especially, if you are given a free hotel accomodation facing the beach like this,wow....heaven!



We arrived at San Fabian, Pangasinan in the late afternoon after a long drive that took us more than five (5) hours, traffic along Urdaneta was heavy, and the only irritating experience of the trip :(. Good thing, the beauty and serenity of the place put us into euphoria from our bad mood 'caused by the traffic.

The sun came out right on cue after our primer brekkie ...like this, kakaiba huh, fish ball early in the morning hehe..
Tart and I wasted no time hitting the beach, hindi nga lang kami naligo instead we spent a good half of the morning just chilling out, and enjoying the warm rays of the sun na Feeling magboyfriend :P haha! inggit ka?
We took a boat ride , which at first I was hesitant to kasi nga takot ako, pero later napapayag din but I was very quiet the whole time dahil sa nerbiyos ayayay! (*o*)




Sometimes for busy people like you...like us...It really is nice to get away for even just a while and learn to do absolutely nothing but fun...fun and fun!

Nakareceive ako ng text from rembert "nona, and2 na si RAKKI!" Raquel's our friend based in Hongkong, huli kaming nagkitang tatlo five(5) years ago na nang dumating si Rembert galing ng amerika, we've been friends since 1989 pa kaya super excited ako sa pagkikita namin sa tuesday! They're both single, why oh why?
Lagare na naman ako, sa wednesday may girl talk kami ni she! yuhoo!

So bago pa mapanis etong taggie ni sis or baka napanis na heto ginawa ko na...

Ten Things I would never do (again)

1. Hold video cam or camera at Singapore's Causeway Immigration, never again!

One time kasi galing kami ng Johor, Malaysia at papunta kami ng Singapore, I'm holding our Video Cam, alam ko namang bawal kuhanan. Kinakalikot ko lang siya at paglampas namin ng custom ay pinahinto ang sasakyan namin at ayun na,imbestigasyon. They checked the vcam for any footage, eh wala naman akong kinuhanan kundi ang mga kakikayan namin sa aming mga pinuntahang lugar :P
Nung wala namang makita (pahiya sila,in fairness hindi naman po sila rude), kinuha pa ang address ko sa Pinas,in case daw kasing may nangyari papatawag ako for investigation. sa inis ko nga pati tel. nos ko sa Pinas ino-offer ko na. It took more than 2 hours na questioning.Grabeh!akala yata terrorist ako?

2. Leave home without my passport(kapag nasa ibang bansa)

Pupunta lang kaming grocery ni hub kaya hindi ko na dinala. Pag-uwi namin nagkaroon ng check point, natakot ako dahil hinanap ang papers ko. Mabuti na lang marunong magsalita ng bahasa si hubby kaya ok na. Ang higpit pa naman sa Malaysia kailangan lagi mong dala ang passport mo or else sa kulungan ka muna magpalipas ng gabi.

3. Hire a maid nang basta basta na lang.

Kung nabasa niyo ang dati kong post regarding akyat bahay, iyon yun. naakyat bahay ako..at na-confirm ko na kasabwat siya.

4. Say YES to Networking.

Argh! ilang networking na ba ang sinalihan ko? actually, hindi naman talaga ako mahilig diyan hindi ko lang matanggihan si sis-in-law, si cousin, si friend...si client... kaya ngayon kahit sino pa ang mag-alok, A-YO-KO NA!

5. Ang maligo sa Dagat

Ewan ko nagka phobia na yata ako, noong bata kasi ako muntik na akong malunod dami kong nainom na tubig,kapag nakakita ako ng dagat naaalala ko. Kaya everytime na magbeach kami patampi-tampisaw na lang ako.

6. Lost doctor's prescription:

I was prescribed medications for my skin allergy,almost a month na kasing everyday ako namamantal, pagkabili ko ng gamot na misplace ko ang reseta. Tatlong klaseng gamot iyon at nabalibaligtad ko ang dosage,before bedtime ko ininom kaya hanggang kinabukasan tulog ako the whole day. Natakot mga kasama ko sa bahay :P ang sama ng feeling sobrang bigat ng katawan ko even the next day kaya two days akong hindi nakapasok sa work.

7. Ang umorder ng sago't gulaman sa M**'s Restaurant(pasintabi sa mga kumakain)

Nadala ako kasi me nakita akong palutang lutang na ipis na maliit sa drink ko.Ang saklap, kasi nakainom na ako nang makita ko YUCKS! :(

8. Ang ibigay ang full trust especially kapag business ang usapan.sorry, hindi ko na idedetail.

9. Maging abrupt buyer. basta!

10.Drink and drive...konti na lang.di ba Ghee? hehehe...

It's new year!!...I ponder the many changes it will bring, what's in store for us this 2007? Looking back on the past 12 months...and took a long deep breath, I smile...wow!!! nalagpasan ko na naman uli ang isang taong yugto ng buhay ko. I thanked God for all the blessings...my life indeed is a great one. By the way, Happy New Year to all, medyo napasarap lang sa pagbabakasyon kaya natagalan ang pagbalik ko, did you miss me? ako honestly..di ko kayo na-miss...kundi miss na miss weeeh(^_^)
Salamat sa mga nagpadala ng greeting card to my email...hindi ko na kayo isa-isahin, you know who you are! thanks sooooo much friends!!mwah!

Since new year na, I decided to change my layout...thanks to myself (haha!) dinugo na naman ang utak ko sa pagpalit nito :P medyo hindi pa tapos kaya pagtiyagaan na muna natin.

This morning, nagmamadali akong umuwi ng bahay after sending hub to airport...may date po ako!...nareceive ko ang text niya...nasa Antipolo Church na raw sila...11:30am ang meeting time namin, sorry late na naman ako...anyway, few minutes lang naman po :) Nagkita na naman uli kami ni Sashing!...this time, with kuya Vince na! Ang saya saya! before that medyo nailang ako to meet kuya...kasi pasaway ang lola niyo baka masermon ako :P but on the contrary, mabait po siya...kalog din...masayang kausap. Sayang nga lang at hindi nakarating si inaanak, ganunpaman narinig ko naman ang magandang boses niya nang magkausap kami thru celfon..

Later that afternoon, nagtext na si Ghee kay sis, take note...Ghee's there too!! o di ba mas masaya? Finally, nagkita na rin kami!! Wow, I never realized that I'll get this far, having an EB with bloggers. What you read with Ghee's post is what you get...she's down to earth, super kalog, funny and really a hot mama.lol!(^_~)

Well, we didn't end our get together by mistakingly attending somebody's funeral mass ewwww....lol! Sis, ikaw na magkwento.
we headed down to Padi's point Sumulong, for our chikahan time...our getting to know more time. Sayang lang 'coz I had to leave before 6:00 0'clock 'coz I need to fetch hub at the airport (again), its another story.
We really had a great time, thanks Ghee (for the time and for this cool present),see..I'm wearing it!hehee..and of course to Sasha ...always!...my sister, and to kuya...I am very glad to meet you guys!!
